DO YOU OFFER SIGHT TESTS?
We do not offer sight test services in our Guildford location. We suggest that you get your sight test done where ever you feel comfortable to do so, and then bring us the results. If you qualify for any financial help towards your glasses then please, bring us the voucher issued by your optician, as you can use it with us.
CAN I KEEP MY OWN FRAME?
Yes, we do not charge you a fee for using your own frame. If you would like a new frame and use one of your own, that is also not a problem.
DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT FOR MY GLASSES?
No, we offer payments terms to suit you. If you would like to pay in full for your glasses of course you can, alternatively you can pay a small deposit on the day of ordering and pay the balance on collection of your new glasses.
